Upload rights & creation agreement

These conditions apply to MUSICTOONZ storefront orders. Your existing music-platform account and artist benefits are separate.

Your permission matters

I own or have permission to use the uploaded photo, artwork, music recording and composition, and the likeness of every person shown. I authorize MUSICTOONZ and its processing providers to use these files only to fulfill my order. I will not upload infringing, deceptive, sexual or abusive content. I understand that copyright complaints may lead to removal of content and repeat infringement may result in account restrictions.

Uploading a song requires rights to both its recording and its composition, including any samples. Uploading a photo requires permission from its copyright owner and consent from the people depicted. Do not upload a celebrity’s likeness or a third party’s work without appropriate permission. Do not upload intimate imagery or content involving exploitation of minors.

What you purchase

Each purchase includes one completed output with the selected settings. Creative revisions and new character designs require a new purchase. Technical failures allow up to two retries at no additional charge; after that, request review from your order. AI likeness is approximate. A video purchase does not include new character generation. No subscription or automatic renewal.

Mini images are stylized interpretations, not guaranteed exact likenesses. Video promos animate existing artwork with licensed audio; they are not a minute of fully generated character motion. You must provide at least 60 seconds of audio from the selected starting point.

File handling

Your uploads and finished images are stored privately and delivered through account-protected access. Image and media processing providers receive the files necessary to fulfill your order. The video processor may retain a link-accessible copy of rendered media; do not submit sensitive material. Files are retained with your order so you can return to download it.

Copyright complaints & DMCA

To report infringement, use the copyright takedown form. Include the original work, the infringing URL or MUSICTOONZ order URL, your contact details, good-faith and accuracy statements, and your signature. The existing DMCA policy explains notices and counter-notifications. An upload agreement does not replace copyright permission or waive anyone’s legal rights.

Technical problems

Open My studio to retry a failed generation. After the included technical retries, use “Request review” on the order so the platform team can investigate delivery or a refund where appropriate. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Agreement version: musictoonz-rights-v1. Acceptance and its timestamp are recorded with each order. MUSICTOONZ is independent and is not affiliated with Pixar or Disney.
